In the beauty area and for facial and body treatments, she swears by the premium products of Maria Galland, SanVINO and Étre belle. You can also have your hair cut by a trained senior hairdresser or a bridal hairstyling in the hairdressing salon of the Wellness area

| CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS |
| Booked appointments, whether by telephone, in writing or in person, are binding. If you would like to cancel or postpone an appointment for personal reasons, please let us know up to 48 hours before the start of treatment so that we can cancel it free of charge. In the event of a later cancellation, no-show or early departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. |

| We strive to start all treatments on time. Unfortunately, in the event of delays, it is not possible for us to extend the treatment beyond the agreed appointment. If you arrive after your booked time, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. |

Information for booking the wellness offers
Some of the wellness services can be booked together with the room reservation via our online booking system. For the other treatments or a hairdresser's appointment, we kindly ask you to contact our wellness area direct to arrange your appointment - otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed! We recommend that you do this at the same time you make the room booking. If you cannot anyone in person, the entire Spa team at Parkhotel Adler is available for treatments – In that case please send an email which will be answered as soon as possible, or use the application form.

at the price of € 110.00 individual coaching per hour
€ 69.00 per person and hour for group training (can be booked for minimum of 2 persons)

Stretching and body tension exercises
- As a start-up and warm-up before beginning any training.
Functional training for all age groups (can be done indoors and outdoors)
- Exercises mainly using your own body weight, depending on fitness, including gentle to more demanding weights and resistances.

- Flowing, coordinated exercises and movements that use different muscle groups at the same time.
