Range of benefits for regular guests of the Parkhotel Adler

We like to reward guests who repeatedly choose the Parkhotel Adler as their holiday ‘home from home’ in Hinterzarten by offering them a range of benefits!
We would like to thank all our loyal guests, often families who have been coming here for decades. Generation after generation.

Adler-VIP-Card

The following benefits apply to both you as the guest making the reservation as well as to your companion.

Gold VIP CARD – from the 6th stay

  • On arrival in the room: a bottle of prosecco
  • Subject to availability: Book your favourite room in the Parkhotel Adler
  • Stay for at least five nights and you‘ll be given a voucher in the sum of € 20.00 Euros per person for our Wellness area

Black VIP CARD – from the 11th stay

  • All services offered by the Gold VIP CARD
  • 10% discount on the room price*
  • Early check-in from 2 p.m., late check-out up to 1 m.
  • If your stay falls in the low season you can change your booking free of charge up to five days before arrival.
  • If you have booked for the low season and need to cancel at short notice, we will credit you any cancellation costs you incur. Proviso: When rebooking, you return within six months from the first day of the original arrival date. Note: Guests can in any event cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival.
  • Stay for five nights or more and we will give you a Wellness voucher worth €30.00 Euros per person.
